Important Note

Screening tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Trichomoniasis can be performed using different types of samples: urine (preferably first morning urine or after holding urine for about 3 hours), throat (oral swab), vaginal (self-collected swab), or anal (self-collected swab).

The most common and recommended tests are urine samples for men, vaginal self-swabs for women, and throat swabs depending on exposure risk.

Any antibiotic prescription, in the case of a positive result, may involve an additional fee of $100 for evaluation and treatment.
