General Specimen Collection and Other Tests

Clinique VIP, located in Montreal, is a private facility offering nursing services. Our clinic works in collaboration with the private laboratory CDL to provide test results for various samples and analyses within 24 to 72 hours, except for certain specific exams prescribed by your authorized healthcare provider.

The Clinique VIP team is proud to offer fast and efficient services, as our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our clients.

The tests available at Clinique VIP include blood work such as prenatal screenings, as well as testing for sexual health, including sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs), and throat swabs for gonorrhea and chlamydia. We also offer testing for genital herpes either through lesion swabbing (if a rash is present) or by blood test.

Clinique VIP offers the Gardasil-9 vaccine to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) for both men and women.

Urine analyses are also available, whether for urinary tract infections (cystitis), gonorrhea/chlamydia, urine culture, microalbuminuria, or any other urine test prescribed.

Several other diagnostic tests are also available, such as the Urea Breath Test to detect the H. Pylori bacterium (via breath or serology), strep throat screening, and stool sample collection for colorectal cancer screening (RSOSI, FIT test, Quantitative IFOB, Fecal Calprotectin, etc.).

Don’t have a medical prescription for STBBI testing?

Clinique VIP offers STBBI testing with or without a prescription, which includes tests for chlamydia/gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis B and C.

A signed medical prescription from a doctor or a nurse practitioner (NP) licensed in Quebec is required for medical follow-up for all other tests.
